From pain
to a plan.
Chiropractic care that starts with a real assessment — not a one-size-fits-all adjustment. We find what's going on, explain it plainly, and build a plan. If chiropractic isn't the right answer for you, we'll say so and refer you on.

When chiropractic isn't the fit
What we treat
The things chiropractic credibly helps with.
We work within what chiropractic care does well — musculoskeletal complaints of the spine and related joints. We don't treat conditions outside that scope, and we won't pretend otherwise.
- 01
Back pain
Lower and mid-back discomfort — from lifting, sitting, or just the wear of daily life.
- 02
Neck pain
Stiffness and tension often tied to posture, screens, and long hours behind a wheel.
- 03
Headaches
Tension-type headaches and cervicogenic headaches that originate in the neck.
- 04
Sports injuries
Strains and joint irritation from running, cycling, lifting, and weekend sport.
- 05
Posture
The forward head and rounded shoulders that build up over years at a desk.
The consultation
What actually happens on your first visit.
The first visit is an assessment, not a sales pitch. Here's the honest version of what to expect — including the part most practices don't lead with: chiropractic isn't always the answer.
Your history
We listen first — when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you've already tried. Bring imaging or records if you have them.
The exam
Range of motion, orthopedic and neurological checks, and palpation of the spine. We're looking for what's actually moving — and what isn't.
An honest assessment
We explain what we found in plain language. If chiropractic can help, we outline a plan. If it can't — or if something needs a different specialist first — we refer you on.
A plan — or a referral
You leave knowing what comes next. No pressure to start care that day, no long contract, and no treatment you didn't agree to.
That honesty is the trust anchor of this practice. If we're not the right fit, we'd rather tell you than adjust you anyway.
The plan
How care progresses — in plain language.
Care moves through three phases. Timelines vary by person and condition, so these are honest ranges, not promises.
Acute relief
Days to a few weeks
The first goal is reducing your pain and getting you moving again. Visits are closer together at the start — often 2–3 times a week — and shorten as you improve.
Correction
Several weeks to a few months
As symptoms settle, we work on the underlying movement and alignment patterns that contributed to the problem in the first place. Visits space out as you stabilize.
Maintenance
Ongoing, on your terms
Some people come in monthly or seasonally to keep things moving well. Others don't need to. There's no required long-term plan — maintenance is an option, never a requirement.
You can pause or stop care at any point. The plan serves you — not the other way around.

FAQ
The questions we hear most.
Straight answers to the things people actually ask before their first visit.
Most adjustments are quick and produce little to no pain. You may feel or hear a release of gas in the joint — that's normal. Some soreness for a day or two after the first few visits is common and usually mild. We always work within your comfort and stop if anything doesn't feel right.
It depends entirely on what we find. Acute relief often takes a few visits over a couple of weeks; correction takes longer. We give you an honest estimate after the exam, and you can adjust or stop the plan at any time. There's no required number of visits.
We accept several major insurance plans and also offer self-pay rates. We'll verify your benefits before you commit to care so you know your costs up front. Call the office with your insurance card and we'll check for you.
That's completely fine — many first-time patients haven't. We explain every step before we do it, start gently, and you're always in control. If you'd prefer not to be adjusted at a visit, we won't.
Yes. Care is adapted to the person — lighter, lower-force techniques for children and older joints; sport-specific assessment for athletes. We'll let you know during the exam whether chiropractic is appropriate for your situation.
